Website terms
These terms cover this website. Any paid service will come with its own terms, shown to you before you pay.
About this website
This website introduces a TV cleanup service and lets you register your TV. Registering does not take payment, book a session or start a cleanup. The website does not control your TV or ask for camera access.
What can change on your TV
What we can change depends on your TV’s brand, model, region and software. Our first hands-on test was on a Samsung AU8000, and every other model needs checking. Some built-in apps, ads and platform features can’t be removed.
The clean home screen may run as a separate app rather than replacing the TV’s own interface. Images on this site show what’s possible; they are not a guaranteed result for your TV. Registering your model asks us to check it; it doesn’t test your TV automatically.
Registering your TV
Use an email address you control and give accurate details as best you can. You can tell us you don’t know your model. Each submission is kept separately, including corrections and additional TVs. Contact us to correct or remove earlier details. Our privacy notice explains how we use them.
Prices and future bookings
Essential is US$49, one time per TV. Before any paid booking we’ll tell you what we can do on your TV, what you’ll need, the total price including any tax, and the cancellation and refund terms. This website does not take payments.
Total Protection (US$199) is not available yet. Joining its waitlist doesn’t commit you to buy it or guarantee a place. No plan includes a subscription.
Your TV and your choices
You must be allowed to manage the TV you register. You decide which changes to approve. Removing an app can delete its data and require you to sign in again if you reinstall it; we explain this and how to undo changes before we start.
Never send account passwords through the form or by email.
Results and other companies
A cleanup does not guarantee a faster TV, the removal of every ad, zero tracking or complete security. Test figures on this site describe the single TV we tested, not every TV. TV makers and app providers can change their software and settings at any time, and their services remain subject to their own terms.
Debloat Your TV is independent and not affiliated with any TV maker or streaming service. Brand names and logos identify those products and don’t imply endorsement.
Using the website fairly
Don’t submit someone else’s details without their permission, send spam, try to get unauthorized access or interfere with the website. We may restrict access to deal with misuse or technical problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer or data-protection law.
