New: what your smart TV sends home, and how to stop it

Android early access

Help us test on real TVs.

We’re preparing the first Android test release of Stop TV Tracking. Tell us about your TV and we’ll contact you when a suitable test is ready.

What you’ll need

An Android phone running Android 9 or later, a TV you are allowed to manage, and access to the same trusted Wi-Fi network. Initial testing focuses on Samsung Tizen and Google/Android TV. Support depends on your exact model and software.

What you’ll try

Connect to your TV, review the check results, choose supported changes and inspect the change history. Stay near your TV to approve connection prompts and confirm settings. Tell us what was confusing, what failed and which model you used.

Before you join

This is an interest list, not an app download or a purchase. We’ll send installation and test instructions after checking your model. There is no charge to join, and joining does not guarantee selection. Never confirm a real purchase just to test the app; payment-test instructions will be provided separately when that flow is ready.

We’ll use your details to contact you about this test request. Read the privacy notice, or send questions to hello@stoptvtracking.com.

Let’s start with your TV.

Tell us what you have. We’ll check what can change on it before you pay anything.

Look in your TV’s About or Support settings, or on the label on the back.

We check every model before you pay. If yours isn’t supported yet, you don’t pay anything.

No payment today. This doesn’t connect to your TV.
